Definition
Any person who is able to prove, that they have paid for healthcare services on behalf of a third party, is entitled to a refund from the CNS. This refund relates to the portion of the cost covered by the health insurance.

Formalities
The concerned person must provide the following to their request:
- their 13-digit matricule number;
- their bank details (certificate of banking details = relevé d'identité bancaire - RIB);
- the proof of payment.
