Adjustment to the value of the laboratory key letter
The adjustment to the value of the negotiated key-letter for the 2023 and 2024 financial years in accordance with Article 67, paragraph 1 of the Social Security Code amounts to 3.14% to be applied to the value of the key-letter of 0.31391.
The value of the negotiated key letter is therefore set at 0.32377 for the period from 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2024.
As the measure will come into effect on 1 July 2023, the value of the negotiated key letter will be increased by a catch-up factor of 1.010151 for the period from 1 July 2023 to 31 December 2024 to compensate for the delayed implementation of the adjustment. The value of the key letter is set at 0.32706 for this period.
An adjustment to the key letter results in an adjustment to the tariffs.
