Why this change?
We wish for our policyholders to:
- Avoid overcrowded waiting rooms and guarantee a secure and comfortable environment.
- Strengthen the accessibility and efficiency of our services, through reduced waiting times and the guarantee that our services are available without interruption until closing time.
New timetables Cité, Differdange and Esch-sur-Alzette
The opening hours of these three agencies will be extended. Indeed, from May 2, 2024, they will welcome you by appointment every day from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
