Persons who are unable to work are reminded that it is prohibited, under penalty of sanctions, to make changes - either by themselves or a third person - to the initial notes of the doctor in the fields reserved for doctors.
In order to avoid useless delays and processes, the CNS recommends:
- to control the certificate upon reception and, if necessary, ask the doctor to make the necessary changes with his initials ;
- to request a new certificate if an error is noticed only later on.
It goes without saying that the addition of the matricule number and/or the entering of the address are not concerned by these recommendations.
