How do I cancel my appointment?
The appointment can be cancelled by using the link provided on the appointment confirmation. You will then be transferred directly to MyGuichet where you can cancel your appointment. You have to confirm your decision to cancel the appointment before you receive the final confirmation of the cancellation.
This way you make this time slot available again and give another person the opportunity to make an appointment there.
