The CNS supplies the providers with the forms needed to collect the slipping data for 2023, requested as part of the 2025-2026 monetary value negotiations.
The forms are specific to each type of provider (continuous stay aids and care establishments, aids and care networks, intermittent stay aids and care establishments, semi-stationary centres) and are accompanied by technical sheets containing explanations for each of the forms in order to facilitate the compilation of the data requested.
