The Department of Health has published a new ordinance dated 18.12.2023 concerning health measures applicable to outpatient healthcare. The order applies from 01.01.2024 and remains in force until 30.06.2024 inclusive.
The CNS therefore has the legal basis to reimburse teleconsultations during this period.
