The CNS rejects such certificates acquired online without personal contact with the doctor. No financial compensation will be paid, and the employer will be informed accordingly.
In addition to the possible consequences in terms of employment law, insured persons who use such certificates are liable to a fine and to legal proceedings brought by the CNS.
