The MyGuichet.lu procedure for making an appointment at a CNS agency will be undergoing maintenance on Thursday 8 February from 8 a.m. in order to improve the user interface.
As a result, appointment booking will be unavailable this Thursday morning, both on MyGuichet.lu and by telephone. If you have an appointment request in progress, please finalise it before Thursday 8 a.m., otherwise you will have to create a new one once MyGuichet.lu is available again.
