Request for complementary reimbursement of the personal participation according to article 154bis of the CNS statutes

Article 154bis of the CNS statutes stipulates that, during a calendar year (1 January to 31 December), the insured person's total/maximum personal contribution to health care benefits may not exceed a threshold set at 2,5% of their annualised contributory income for the previous year. If the insured person's contribution exceeds this threshold, the insured person is entitled, on request, to a supplementary reimbursement of the part of the contributions that exceeds the set threshold.
