Form for declaring the unavailability of the carer

Article 350(8)(3) stipulates that the distribution of the required services ends if the carer is unable to provide the required assistance and care and this is ascertained by the State Office for Assessment and Monitoring of the long-term care insurance. If the carer is temporarily unavailable, the required aids and care are provided by the aid and care providers, without the care summary being changed.
