Processing time for refunds

Due to the current high amount of claims, the time it takes to receive a refund - from the moment you send a request up until the moment you receive your reimbursement via bank transfer - is longer than usual, between 6 and 8 weeks.

Please note that we cannot confirm receipt of a reimbursement request as long as the corresponding invoices have not been processed by our team in charge.

We would also like to point out that invoices that you send in one envelope are not necessarily processed together, as they are reimbursed by different departments and therefore at different times, depending on the type of invoice.

Therefore, if some invoices are reimbursed and others are not yet, you do not need to resubmit the non-reimbursed invoices. These bills will also be reimbursed as soon as possible.
