Absence form

Do you employ staff in your private household to help with housework or to look after your children and wonder when you'll get the form to declare your employee's absences?

Don't worry, the form is sent out on the first working day after the 10th of each month following the absence of your employee, either by post or online.

If you have already activated the eDelivery function in your private eSpace, you will receive an e-mail notification to fill out the online form.

GOOD NEWS: Even if you receive the absence form by post, you can choose to do it online: quicker, less paperwork, less post!

If you have not yet activated eDelivery, why not do so now? Activation is just a few clicks away, and you'll receive e-mail notifications and a direct link to the form.

How do I activate eDelivery? It's simple:

  1. Access your private eSpace on with your authentication method (LuxTrust, GouvID, eIDAS) by clicking here.
  2. Under "My data > Health insurance fund > Activation of services", scroll down to "eDelivery: Receive your documents in PDF format" ...
  3. ...and click on "Activated" !
