The certificates of remuneration for the year 2017 are automatically sent out starting mid-February. Given the number of certificates that need to be issued, the mailing should be finalised mid-March.

Submissions to the CNS and the 16 agencies

Receiving the reimbursement statement with a cheque
If the insured person wishes to be refunded by cheque in one of the CNS agencies, they will from now on receive the corresponding reimbursement statement immediately. The CNS offers this service in favour of the insured person, who will no longer have to wait to receive the document by post.

Budget 2018 of the long-term care insurance
The Council of Administration of the CNS gathered on the 13th of December 2017 to rule on the budget 2018 of the long-term care insurance.

Opening hours for the offices of Bettembourg, Clervaux and Redange
As of Novembre 2nd 2017 our offices in Bettembourg, Clervaux and Redange will be open to public from Monday to Friday, from 8:30 to 11:30 and from 13:00 to 16:00.

Reminder about certificates of incapacity for work
The 13-digit national identification number (matricule) must be indicated on each original medical certificate of incapacity for work sent to the CNS. If the doctor did not mention this number on the certificate, the insured person may add it
