Digitisation from 1 January 2026

At this stage, the CNS has limited itself to providing indicative information.

This does not constitute a formal update of the reference documents within the meaning of Article 9 of the specifications and therefore does not yet trigger the three-month period provided for therein.

In accordance with the said article, the three-month period granted to service providers to comply with the updated requirements only begins to run from the date of official notification by the CNS of an update to the reference documents.

In other words, no obligation is currently applicable, and will not be applicable for at least three months from the date of a future official notification.
