Digitisation from 1 January 2026

At this stage, the CNS is merely providing doctors with basic information about the mandatory digitisation. This information is not binding, and the three-month deadline set out in Article 9 of the specifications does not apply for the time being.

In accordance with the aforementioned article, the three-month period granted to service providers to comply with the updated requirements only begins to run from the date of official notification by the CNS of an update to the reference documents.

In other words, no obligation is currently applicable, and will not be for at least three months from the date of future official notification.
