What is CNS eConnector?
CNS eConnector is an application that allows healthcare professionals who do not have practice management software to carry out certain administrative tasks online.

The application is not intended to replace practice management software. It is an alternative solution designed for healthcare professionals who do not have such software.
The application does not allow for the management of patient records and does not store any data locally. It is designed for occasional, secure and strictly administrative use.

How to get started?
1. MySecu registration
Before you can use the service, you must have an active MySecu registration to secure your digital identity.

2. Activating your eSanté PRO account
A professional eSanté account is required to access eConnector.
3. Installing the CNS eConnector application
Download the CNS eConnector installer and install the application on your computer to access the services available via your eSanté account.
The application is available for:
- Windows
- MacOS Intel
- MacOS Silicon
Once installation is complete, you will be able to log in to the application using your eSanté account.
Support and technical incidents
The user guide sets out the steps for installing, logging in and using the app’s main features.
