Digital transmission of invoices - Countdown
We would like to draw your attention to an important change concerning digital transmission and the layout of the standardised forms to be completed for reimbursement by the health insurance scheme.
In accordance with Article 9 of the specifications, the National Health Fund (hereinafter ‘CNS’) has drawn up the reference documents to be followed regarding the digital transmission of invoices. Furthermore, this article states that ‘In the event of an update to the reference documents, the CNS undertakes to inform healthcare providers, who shall then have a period of three months to comply following receipt of the information provided by the CNS.’
Consequently, with the publication of these reference documents, the three-month period granted to healthcare providers to comply with them has officially begun. You therefore have until 1 October 2026 to adapt your systems and procedures to the technical standards defined for the digital transmission and layout of invoices.
