Form for a stay in a country with a bilateral agreement

For a stay in a country linked to Luxembourg by a bilateral agreement, the insured person is required to submit a specific form to the social security institution of the place of stay, certifying that they are entitled to benefits in kind during the period of their stay.

This institution then reimburses the services incurred during the stay, in accordance with the rates and tariffs it applies.

These are the following countries: Bosnia-Herzegovina, Cape Verde, Morocco, Tunisia, Turkey (the European Health Insurance Card is valid in Macedonia, Montenegro and Serbia).
