Changing your bank account: complete the procedure online
Has your bank account changed?
Please provide your new bank details online via your MyGuichet.lu private eSpace.
Important
Adding a new account in your MyGuichet.lu eSpace is not sufficient.
You must use the dedicated procedure.
Without it, the CNS will not receive your new bank details.
The procedure ‘Request for change of bank/postal account with a health insurance fund’ allows you to inform the CNS directly of your new bank details.
