Processing times

The processing time for reimbursements, from the moment the request is sent to the moment the refund is received in the bank account, is currently 2 to 4 weeks for most invoices.

1 in 5 invoices requires specific checks, interventions and authorisations. Due to their complexity, these invoices are processed and reimbursed with lead times of 1 to 2 months. Your requests will be processed as swiftly as possible. Thank you for your understanding.

The Data Protection Officer (DPO) is your point of contact for any questions or requests concerning the protection of your personal data where the data controller is the National Health Fund (CNS).
