The eConnector must be updated before 7.00 pm on 28 September 2026 to ensure service continuity for features such as PID, digital reimbursement, and eCIT

URGENT AND IMPORTANT: Update your eConnector before 7.00 pm on 28 September 2026 to ensure it continues to work!

To prevent the PID and other features (Digital Reimbursement, eCIT) from failing to operate, you must perform an update before 7.00 pm on 28 September 2026.

The new version (1.2.21) of the eConnector is now available in the production environment to facilitate the renewal of our production TLS certificate.

This update takes 2 minutes. It can be performed either via the automatic update process by opening your eConnector, or by downloading the eConnector here:

Without an update, your patients will no longer be able to benefit from digital services.
